Meet Stephanie

Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience in trauma therapy as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) serving adults throughout life’s journey yet also have a deep passion for supporting women through various stages, including pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. With over 20 years of experience, I work with individuals and families to address the profound impacts of some of the most transformative and challenging phases of life.

For therapy sessions, I’m calm, grounding, and patient. Our time together will include both laughs and tears. I’ll meet you where you’re at, bringing whatever you’d like to discuss. We’ll set some goals and I’ll aid you in staying the course. I’ll listen, I’ll challenge you, and rest assured, you’ll leave sessions with practical strategies and a restrored sense of hope.

As a Trainer and Consultant, I bring innovative approaches blending current and relevant information, experiential learning practices, and out-of-the-box thinking to engage participants. I’ve taught at several universities, supervise LCSWA’s and Social Work interns, and partner with organizations across the country to provide tailored training and consultation that meets their specific needs.
